Please carefully review all information on the artist application regarding standards for this show. Artists bringing ineligible items to the show risk disqualification. Artists violating the rules of this show or who fail to cooperate with the Art Show Committee will not be permitted to exhibit. No representatives or dealers may show.

Displays
Artists must provide their own display unit(s). Electricity is NOT provided. A standard space is 10’ x 10’, but 1 1/2 & double spaces are also available.

Rain
The festival will not have a rain date. Artists are encouraged to have suitable material to protect their work. The cost of the event prohibits refunds.

Taxes
Each exhibitor is responsible for applicable sales taxes. Tax forms will be provided at the festival.

Set-Up Times
Friday, April 24, 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 25, 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Sunday, April 26, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
